Xeht was exploring theair ducts alone. He had left Zaras behind in the cargo hold so she could look for anything they might be able to use. Xeht's stomach growled as he opened a vent and saw what appeared to be a kitchen, with noone in it at the time. Unable to resist, he crawled out and leapt over to the frigde. He opened the door and started grabbing whatever looked good. Then his danger sence went off. He spun around.
Behind him was a little girl, no older than five. She looked terrifyed.
"No," said Xeht. "Don't be afraid, I'm not going to hurt you..."
Too late. She screamed.
Xeht dashed back into the air ducts with all the food he could carry in his arms and between the spikes in his tail, and closed the vent. He hated this. He hated being a Predalien. He made his way quickly through the air ducts, but the secruity systems were activated shortly. Lazer beams lanced out from the walls ahead of him and formed barriers difficult to manuvuer through. Xeht found himself moving from wall to wall of the air ducts to avoid those little red lines of lazers. If that wasn't enough, poison gas was starting to pour in. He reached the cargo hold, where he found Zaras coughing as badly as he was. He left the food behind and they rushed to the door. It didn't bugde. They must have sealed off an entire section of the cruiser to make sure he was trapped long enough to die. He started banging on the door, which was durasteel, harder than most other metals, and soon thrust his whole body up against it repeatedly, leaving giant dents in it. He heard people moving outside. Security Officers. They had located him, and probably vented out the poison gas in the room outside. Beyond this point were only people with guns. Nothing else. At the very least, they seemed to be suprised at his strength, scared even. He could hear their hearts pounding.
He coughed. Zaras was pacinghte room and choking, looking for a way out. "There's more than one way to bypass a door," said Xeht. He sliced his hand open and pressed it against the door. soon he could see through a small hole.
"Seal off the poison gas!" he heard someone call. The poison gas was sucked ut of the room through the vents. Yes. He had saved his and Zaras's lives by putting theirs in danger. He continued using his blood to melt a hole in the door, which was soon large enough for the security to aim through. Just large enough for him to crawl through. The guards started firing before he could. Xeht ducked. He rushed to the top of the door, slowly melting it, then to the sides. Once he was finished, he pulled the door out of it's frame, much to the astonishment fo the security, and threw it at them. It killed most of them, leaving only for officers, two men and two women, alive. He jumped on the first man, going for a quick kill with a jaw through the head, and before the man fell, he had killed the other one with his tail. He sent his claws into the first girl and clawed right through her heart. He let her fall, then turned and knocked the other one unconsious. He barfed embryos into her.
A few hours later, four embryos burst out of her stomach. A few hours after that, they were full grown and under Xhet's command. This made Zaras a little nervous, but she knew that she was protected as long as Xeht was around. The Aliens were ordered to attack at will, to split up throughout the ship. He knew the cruiser would be at a stall, delaying itself from docking in order to contain them. If it would not willingly land on Yavin IV, it would crash. He and Zaras located the pilot's room, force the people inside to either run from them or die, then bashed the controls. Luckily, the ship was in the atmosphere, and it fell down to the planet's surface. It crashed, but noone was hurt due to some saftey devices that padded the walls. Xeht and Zaras broke out of the ship, and called his soldiers to him. The four appeared, one by one. On another side of the ship, people were beginning to crawl out.
