Orbit

Even from this distance, Raxus Prime is visibly a forbidding planet. Easily it is seen as a heavily polluted rock with no hope of saving. Only the most desperate of people come here, and only for briefest times.

Tatetops saw the uber polluted planet. It didn't look too polluted to him in his position. He drove in for a landing. Hopefully, he would be wrong about the planet not being polluted.

As Destoroyah flew in on the planet, Xeht, Xeno, and the others had made no progress. They were still digging their claws into the vien, trying to hold on as the vacuum of space threatened to pull them out of Destoroyah's maimed body. Zaras lost her hold on the vien and was suddenly tumbling through the thin blood and headed to an opening in the flesh, but Xeht shouted, let go of the vein, caugbht by wrapping his tail around her left leg and and holding onto her right with his own right arm, then dug his toe claws and remaining hand into the vien again. Looking at his tail, Xeht took note that a tail with various kinds of bombs gripped at each muscle joint was not the best way to hold onto a friend, but it was the best he could do. Meanwhile, everyone was struggling to breathe. If they could just hold on a little longer.... but they were on the edge of blacking out.

Finally, it stopped. They could breath again... it was polluted air, but air nonetheless. It was better than no air at all.

In Destoroyah's brain, a figure dressed in a black cloak gripped a comm in his hand. He summoned back up from their base on the surface of Raxus Prime.

Unlike the others, Xeno didn't climb. He was too stubburn. He attempted to fly up the vein, but the vacumm of space was sucking him back to the climbing speed of the others. By the time he got up, he was exausted.

"Why didn't you just climb like us?" M-1 asked.

"I don't....*gasp*.....wanna talk about it.....*gasp*"

(We're already in the atmosphere of Raxus Prime. We can move freely again, and Destoroyah is moving steadily downward, quite level in a horizontal manner.)


Xeht passed out several strange, blue objects. "These are freezer mines," he said. "We'll have to go through the heart to reach the brain, so when we're in the heart, place these at every meter. Once we have plenty at both the brain and the heart, we'll get out of here and blow this kriffer into sub-zero oblivion."

(I know, but he was flying while ya'lls were climbing.)

"You got it. Now then. There are multiple veins leading outward, but all of them reach the heart. Find the heart, then take the vein traveling upward to get to the brain. Everyone got that? Now, shoudl we split up, or blaze the same trail?"

"Our chances are higher if we remain united," said M-1.

"I agree, we stay together," replied Xeht.

With that, they were off to find Destoroyah's heart.

Once tatetops was back in orbit, a fleet of B-wings piloted by corrupted space toa closed in on him.

The team escaped the planet, They stole an Empirial Shuttle from the hangar, and we're on Raxus prime orbit.
