Here we can talk about anything that has to do with the Aliens vs. Predator series, so discussion won't be limited to just a game, comic book, or movie.

Despite its setbacks, like being a PSP exclusive and only play as Predator, this is sounding like a very cool game. Check it out, if you haven't recently. There's been a few updates since the interviews in August. It comes out in two days, on Nov. 13th, but there are still no
trailers. Both IGN and Gamespot seem to like the game so far.

There's a review on IGN for the game and some screenshots and videos. I hate the guy who put them up. All he did in the videos was use the plasma-casters and in the review he basically complained about how boringly easy it was because all you had to do was balst them down with plasma-casters.

I SAY: This isn't one of your Halo games, Greg! It's not like you can just get a kick out of simply blasting people! You have to get into character. Use some variety and close-up weapons. don't just do this in the simplest way possible. It's probably much more fun if you let yourself have fun. Use those other weapons for a change. Plenty of people have rated this game already, sayinng that they got a kick out of it, saying that it was awesome, and you know why? Because they had fun with it! They used all the other weapons and got up close! That's what predator is all about. Blades, dude! Play it again, use the other weapons, and rewrite that review!

I personally haven't played this game yet, (have to wait until Christmas), but I can tell it'll be fun it you don't just rely on your weapons! Just another month and 7 days!

Not yet. I'm saving my money for he DS version of GU, but I am gonna get this game eventually. Maybe for Christmas, IDK.

Cool. Some sites say it has online play, others say not, but if it does, I'll be happy to play against you to see how many points we can each win, if we both get it.

It looks pretty good for a PSP game. 15 levels is one of the longest games I've played so far for it. The videos look pretty cool, graphics and audio-wise, but I wish that guy had done more than use the plasma-caster. Of all the weapons available, including the new ones from the movie... (EVERYTHING the predator has in the movies is useable.)

I just wish I could play as an Alien or predalien. Can we? I love those creepy little guys.

Sadly not, I like them more than Predator too, but I'm still getting it. I like Predator about as much, but a little less so than Alien. Maybe when the next movie comes out they will release the game from the Alien point of view, and it'll have a trick to where if you have AVP-R in your memory, you'll be able to play as both. I don't know. I just hope they balance this out with the next game by making it an alien point of view. IF this goes into a triliogy, I'd like for them to maybe even make a trilogy game with both sides playable.

Now THAT would be cool. Maybe even an Alien bred by Predators to fight other Aliens, with Predator tech atached to it and stuff.

Yeah, I always wondered what an armoured alien would look like, with a bunch of weapons. That would be interesting to see, but might not be very popular. I can't wait to use the camoflouge, though. It's in one of the videos at IGN, and it looks pretty cool. You can sort of see through it, but it's so dark in that level that it's hard to tell just how it really looks.

There is a video on youtube now that shows some actual melee combat in the game. Finally, someone who doesn't just use his plasma casters all the time! The acid blood is clearly visible, but it's unclear if it does any damage, because Alien was attacking then, too. The only thing is, the guy doesn't seem to really know what he's doing.

It does, doesn't it? That's gonna be a very good game, as long as you don't just use the plasma-casters all the time. I can't wait! Just another month and three days before I can play it!
