"Let's see him feed on this energy!" Kane said. He opened fire with the shuttle's lazer cannons. The lazers hit Guiala right in the face, and he consumed their energy. That gave Kane an idea. He fired the quad-cannons on the shuttle's right side, away from the planet, straight out to the shuttle's right. The lazers drew the creature's attention, and he veered away from the shuttle to pursue the stream of energy. Kane kept pumping out lazers until Guiala was well out of sight, then tapped in the quardinants for a lightspeed jump to the Graveyard. "This is your last chance!" Kane told them. "Decide now. You can come with me, or I can take you back to the ISS. Xeno, cast a vote and see who all wants to come."

"Ok." Xeno stood behind a podium being help by BloodShot. "All for the ISS, say I."

"Aye, aye," said Kaiju Master. Kiryu entered the shuttle in his human form.
"Ditto!"

The dark Guiala attached to the shuttle as a spore after finally catching that delicious morsel of energy. He is not detected by the ship, or its crew.

"Kane? How bout you?"

"I'm the one taking the assignment, aren't I? I'm going to The Graveyard. I can drop off anyone who wants to go to the ISS, because it's en route to The Graveyard."

"I'm going to The Graveyard," Samus said. "I have my onw grievance with Winters."

"Me too," said Yurisue.

"One last battle before I go back to Naboo?" asked Xeht. "We are with you."

Zaras bellowed her approval.

"XEHT!!!!!" Xeno tackled Xeht to the ground in a "Manly Hug'. "When did you get back, buddy!?" Zaras sniffed BloodShot, and they rubbed each other too.

"Haha!" Xeht laughed. "I've been with you guys since you fought that other predalien on Yavin IV. Way to pay attention, Xeno."

"Yeah, sorry about that."

"But of course you never could have known, anyway, I was using a spell that would keep me and Zaras invisible to you and Bloodshot, so we could suprise you. And of course, we told everyone else to keep quiet."

"What about your lady, Xeht?"

"Lenora? She's still on Naboo, looking after the kid."

"The kid?!" asked Xeno. "I didn't think your kind, of all species, could have kids without killing your mate. If you could call her that."

"Exactly, which is why we fused samples of our DNA for cloning. He grew with the speed of an Alien. It only took a few hours for him to grow out of fetal stage, but now that he's a toddler, he's slowed down to human growth. We named him Preds."

"Uh-huh," Xeno grunted. "So what's he look like?"

Xeht showed him a picture. The kid looked human, save for some differences. He had natural dreadlocks like his father, he was pretty slimey, and while he had Lenora's beautiful eyes, they were somewhat corrupted by a sence of controlled animalism, like Xeht's. He had claws on each finger and on the ends of his toes, his teeth were pointed sharp, though his tounge was a human's. He also had a tail like his dad's, which was the same length in porportion to his body.

"He has acid blood, too," said Xeht. "He accidently bit his tounge once. We lost half the table and had a big hole in the floor after that. He seems pretty stable as a sentient. He hasn't tried to kill anything or anyone, and the most 'savage' behavior he's shown is a strong liking to meat."

"Wow. That's a face only a mother could love, if you don't mind me saying," Kane said.

"I hear that alot. You should hear what the Naboo people say. We couldn't stop Preds from picking up a few words he shouldn't have heard. His first word defyed all civilized conversation. Lenora hit the floor, out cold when she heard it. She wasn't happy that her son had learned that stuff so soon."

"I don't even wanna know. As for me, I couldn't live with kids. Samus travels on missions too much, and you don't know what she could pu.............never mind..."

Kane cleared his throat. "The Graveyard?" he said, reminding Xeno. "You still have to cast your own vote."

"I'm all for it." Xeno said. BloodShot nodded.

"We need to be careful. That place is dark and desolate, the perfect place for robbers to hide." Samus said.

Having already tapped in the quardinates, Kane said "Okay, everybody, buckle up, the jump to lightspeed will have you pancaked against the windshield if you don't." He turned to the familiar-looking Astro-mech droid next to him. "Are you ready, R2?" he asked. The droid beeped a confirmation. "Let's go," Kane said before hitting the button for lightspeed.

"R2?" asked Xeno, his seat belt only half way to the buckle "R2-D2? The most famou---" He was cut off when the jump to hyperspace flattened him against his seat, and then, an instant later, they left hyperspace and went back to nromal speed, causing Xeno to get pancaked against the windshield.

Kane pulled his flattened form off the windshield and shook him so he would go back to normal 3-d Xeno again, then looked up just in time to see a large asteroid heading right for them. He banked hard left, causing the ship to spin, but Xeno had his claws dug into the floor, so he didin't have a problem spinning around.

"Well, we're here," said Kane. "This is the Graveyard people."
