I'll start this one off...
In the Andes mountains...
Rayzqan was enjoying a recent rain shower (he loves rain, but if not left checked he may overload). The few bolts of lightning did not give him much energy, but it was enough to survive (not enough for hyper mode). HE now begins to travel down to the nearby city.
