The planet's atmosphere. If you still have bussiness on the planet, but can't stay on the surface, then this is where you should go.

When Xeht arrived at Singapore, he immediatly took a fighter back to the ISS. Once he was off the planet, he thanked all that was good in the universe that he had survived the Kraken attack, and was successful in his initial mission.
