Possibly. I don't see a kaiju dieing just from getting thrown, even that great a distance.

I doubt it. But it would be pretty funny if Kumonga survived and woke up somewhere in the middle of the Indian ocean a few hours later Laughing .

He either had his exoskeleton crushed after falling on land or ended up drowning in the ocean, so I'd think.
